7 predictions for the metaverse of 2022

Golden Financial & Economy has announced that enterprise app Metaverse is facing a "cancellation" policy. Recent commercial apps including Xiaohongshu Metaverse, iQiyi Qiyu Metaverse, and Tantan Metaverse have been denied. In response, the Korean intelligence service replied that Metaverse was a new technology and might be misunderstood if people couldn't use it as a brand. According to data from Tianyancha, from June 2021 to now, a total of 1,510 legal entities (178 individuals, 1,332 companies) have applied for metaverse trademarks, and a total of 9,965 trademarks are registered.
