ARK Invest founder and CEO Cathie Wood told Time magazine that the five key areas she will focus on in 2022 are DNA sequencing, robotics, new energy storage, intelligence intelligence and blockchain technologies. Wood said that the latest developments in blockchain technology are financial controllers (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and that DeFi will benefit more from the market because financial services companies are always available, and NFTs will put more energy in their design. NFT growth in 2021 is expected to increase further in 2022. (Coin Desk)
