Fast Food Jack Box's lawsuit against FTX US for mascot and trademark infringement has ended with the consent of both parties. The parties told the Southern District Court for the Southern District of California that the dispute was resolved by motion to dismiss on Jan. 20, but details of the settlement were not disclosed. Jack in the Box filed a lawsuit in November, alleging that the appearance and character of FTX US' first "Moon Man" mascot plagiarized "Jack," which was Jack in the Box's mascot in 1995.
