On January 14, a judge ordered the SEC to send an email containing information from former SEC chief William Hinman on whether Ethereum was considered safe. The SEC is expected to send an email containing "remarks from Hinman, minutes of meetings between SEC staff and non-Ripple members." (U.Today)
