Binance employs former Russian and Ukrainian government leaders to help grow their crypto business in these countries

Binance has hired former police officers in Russia and Ukraine to help improve their crypto business in those countries. Bank of Russia Editorial and Completion Director Olga Goncharova has joined Binance as the first head of the Russian government. In Ukraine, Binance is hiring Kyrylo Khomiakov, who will lead the Ukrainian government's construction sector until June 2021, as the head. In July, Ukraine announced the authorization of the central bank, the National Bank of Ukraine, the CBDCs announced. The Ukrainian parliament also recently passed a law regulating crypto-related activities and commerce in Ukraine, but the president refused to sign it and demanded that the bill be amended.
