Binance has hired former police officers in Russia and Ukraine to help improve their crypto business in those countries. Bank of Russia Editorial and Completion Director Olga Goncharova has joined Binance as the first head of the Russian government. In Ukraine, Binance is hiring Kyrylo Khomiakov, who will lead the Ukrainian government's construction sector until June 2021, as the head.
