Bitcoin Samourai wallet released new version, Taproot included in update

According to a tweet reported on Dec. 29 by @ punk9863, over 300 cryptopunks could be lost forever, 5 of which are known to be lost due to owner mistakes. In fact, there are only five known "destroyed" cryptopunks. One “Alien” Punk was destroyed by @ArtOnBlockchain, two Punks were sent to the Token Contract and destroyed, and two Punks were sent to the wrong place and destroyed. . As @ punk9863 pointed out, the only reason we can assume that another of the 300 cryptopunks has gone missing is due to the lack of activity by wallet owners over the past 3 years. As @ punk9863 explained, "over 50 punk wallets, including outside of the cryptopunk store, haven't been a business in the past 1000 days."
