According to the report, decentralized business process balancer Labs announced a proposal to upgrade its token whitelist system to BAL token cash mining. The height of the snapshot block that determines voting rights is 10,665,000. Balancer Labs has stated that BAL tokens do not need to be removed from Balancer's pool in order to vote.
