Indian fintech Uptox attracts $ 25 million investment from TigerGlobal

According to a November 26 press release, Indian venture capital firm Upstock has received $ 25 million in investment from Tiger Global, valued at over $ 1 billion. The deal is yet to be done and other sources have suggested Tiger Global should invest $ 100 million, beating Upstock more than rival Groww's recent estimate of $ 3 billion. Tiger Global owns approximately 31.1% of Upstox and is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Groww. Upstox provides financial and advisory services such as product marketing on its platform.
