Founder and CEO of Bitkub: Thailand wants to get cryptocurrency to increase GDP.

On November 25, Jirayut Srupsrisopa, founder and CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Bitkub, urged Thai authorities to initiate a comprehensive study of digital asset trading. He said the market value of the economy is nearly five times the national GDP. He believes the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) should abandon traditional commerce and attract some cryptocurrency traders, if there are good investors in Thailand, the Thai economy can repeat.
