On November 19, Williston, North Dakota, United States, announced its partnership with cryptocurrency ATM provider CoinCloud to set up crypto ATMs at Williston Basin International Airport (XWA). Users can buy over 40 cryptocurrencies with cash through crypto ATMs such as Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and Ethereum, and withdraw money from their digital wallets. Coin Cloud provides users with a walletless crypto app to manage their digital assets, and users can also create digital wallets using BitPay directly or through online services such as Coinbase and Binance. As previously reported, the city of Williston partnered with cryptocurrency payment company BitPay in May to add cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin as a way to pay for utilities (including electricity costs).
