The official Ethereum blog recently published an article announcing the Devcon Implementation Agreement (DIP). The Devcon Improvement Proposal (DIP) is a new tool that allows community members to access the DIP github repository and post comments to the new Devcon forum. Devcon's advocacy primarily focuses on encouraging community members to share their thoughts and ideas and to receive community feedback.

In the meantime, the official Poloniex exchange tweeted on August 14 that Ethereum and all ERC20 token wallets are now closed due to an oversight.
