Education Ecosystem tweeted today that the ERC20 project failed to perform microtransactions on Ethereum due to Ethereum fuel price hikes from $0.40 to $0.88 per share over the past few weeks. In this regard, Ethereum developer Vitalik Buterin said that the ERC20 project should actively seek out the ZK-Rollup L2 scaling solution currently running on the mainnet.
