NYDIG invests $ 300 million in UK Bitcoin to launch Bottlepay

Golden Financial reports that New York-based cryptocurrency firm NYDIG has acquired Bottlepay, a UK-based startup focused on the Bitcoin Lightning network, according to people familiar with the matter. NYDIG paid for the shares, with a net worth of $ 280 million to $ 300 million (equivalent to 3% of NYDIG shares). The purchases were made at the start of the week.
