Coinbase hires public policy official from WilmerHale to lead lobbying

Golden Financial announced that, under tight controls, Coinbase has expanded its external lobby and hired Rob Lehman, director of public administration for Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr (short for WilmerHale) in Washington, to protect the bill from the cryptocurrency. Lehman asked the US lobby for an application for Coinbase on Wednesday. Lehman joined Wilmer in 2015 as executive chairman of Republican Senator from Ohio, Rob Portman, who would have been the head of the legal team.
