Bitfinex allows users to buy cryptocurrency through the Simplex payment gateway.

Bitfinex has announced that its platform will include the Simplex Simplex crypto payment process, offering third-party payment options to purchase cryptocurrencies from Bitfinex. Users with a medium or higher validity level can now use their Visa or Mastercard payment card to purchase cryptocurrency through the Simplex payment gateway. The first tokens available for purchase from Simplex are BTC, ETH, ERC-20 USDT, and Tether Gold (XAUt). The minimum daily exchange rate is US $ 50 or equivalent, and the daily exchange rate is US $ 20,000 or equivalent.
