US SEC inspects cable

On September 26, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) audited Tether and Tether Operations Limited. Under the Information Act (FOIA), New Zealand state Jacob Silverman requires the SEC to provide "all information, emails, memos, and notices" relating to or operating of Tether and Tether Operations Limited, but the SEC clarified the announcement. This information is strictly prohibited, the legal department is exempt, rejecting the request, specifying that this information will be kept and not disclosed because it could interfere with the police. However, the SEC said keeping the records confidential doesn't necessarily mean there will be lawsuits or administrative proceedings.
