US Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to use software developed by Coinbase as a forensic tool

According to the Golden Financial report, the US Bureau of Immigration and Security hopes to use "computer forensics software" developed by Coinbase. The August 3 document contains details of the contractual agreement currently available on SAM.gov. The contract preparation notice on file is as follows: the Office for International Security Assistance (DHS), Immigration and Security (ICE) and the Office of Commercial Representation (OAQ) have announced an Open Source agreement for the assembly and the computer.
