Open interest in CME Bitcoin futures reached a total high of $ 841 million on August 12, indicating interest in the Bitcoin institution, according to data from Skew. On the other hand, CME Group's Bitcoin options futures market saw a downturn, with its options futures market falling 25% to 15% in July, while other options trading market Deribit was up 8% over the same period. Contracts increased by 30%.
