Facebook today announced the creation of a new division called Facebook Financial, which is responsible for all of the company's payment plans, according to a report from Sina Technology. The division will be led by David Marcus, founder of Facebook's digital cryptocurrency project Libra. Meanwhile, Marcus will continue to be the leader in digital wallet services for Facebook Novi (formerly Calibra).
