According to WhaleAlert data, 100 million USDT was transferred from Binance to Tether Treasury on August 10 at 8:15 p.m. Beijing time with a hash exchange of 0fa5e923f8410f8578aab0b49c298b1cbf4a993e91239070da Subsequently, Bitfinex CTO Paolo Ardoino confirmed that this is a traded trade for 500 million USDT announced by Tether from TRON protocol to ERC20 protocol.
