According to Coindesk, in this week's video scam, Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin and Gemini exchange founder Winklevoss brothers were used to lure people into cryptocurrencies such as BTC and ETH. This "sweepstakes" scam promises to first send your money to your wallet address via a QR code and then double your money. In fact, the victim lost the crypto assets they sent without receiving anything in return. In other videos that have since been removed from YouTube, brothers Buterin and Winklevoss were seen praising the perks of working. Currently, YouTube, Gemini Exchange, and Ethereum Foundation have not responded.
